INFORMAZIONI DI SPEDIZIONE
Le spese di spedizione comprendono i costi di Viaggio e imballo dei prodotti.
I prodotti vengono imballati con cura per evitare qualsiasi danno durante il trasporto, non siamo peraltro responsabili di eventuali danni ai prodotti causati da un trasporto maldestro da parte dei corrieri, controllate sempre l'integrità del pacco quando lo ricevete. Gli articoli vengono spediti solo dopo il saldo.
Per le spedizioni ci affidiamo a corrieri assicurati, il costo e la durata della consegna può variare a seconda della regione.
Quando il pacco sarà pronto vi sarà inviata un'email con il codice per tracciare la spedizione.
Non siamo responsabili di eventuali spese aggiuntive relative agli ordini che passano attraverso la dogana.
Non siamo responsabili di perdita o smarrimento nel caso il pacco di ritorno sia inviato ad un indirizzo sbagliato.

RESTITUZIONE E RIMBORSI
Raccomandiamo sempre ai nostri clienti di controllare che le opzioni di colore gemma e decorazione svarowski siano sempre corrette durante la compilazione del form di acquisto sul noltro shop.
ORDINE ERRATO:
Nel caso l'Utente abbia ordinato un gioiello errato potrete richiederne il cambio entro 7gg dalla consegna contattandoci e spiegando il motivo per cui il gioiello non corrisponde al vostro ordine. Le spese di restituzione dell' ordine saranno a carico dell' Utente ( ad es. la spedizione tramite corriere).
Il prodotto non dovrà essere stato usato, ed essere provvisto dell' imballaggio e degli accessori originali che lo accompagnano. Nel caso l'utente non procedesse in questo modo o il prodotto avesse subito qualche danno l'utente accetterà un eventuale deprezzamento del prodotto o che Fantasyforge s.n.c. non ne accetti la restituzione.
Fantasyforge s.n.c. dopo aver verificato che l'oggetto reso sia in buone condizioni provvederà a restituire il totale degli importi pagati dall' Utente. (comprese le spese di spedizione).
Nel caso in cui l'Utente abbia pagato con carta di credito/debito, gli verrà restituita la somma pagata entro 14gg dal momento in cui decide di restituire il prodotto.
Nel caso in cui l'Utente abbia pagato con PayPal, gli verrà restituita la somma pagata entro 24/48h dal momento in cui decide di restituire il prodotto.
RESTITUZIONE PER DIFETTO DI PRODUZIONE:
Nel caso un prodotto presenti un difetto di fabbricazione, l'Utente potrà restituirlo a Fantasyforge s.n.c. senza alcun costo contattandoci e indicando il prodotto/i oggetto della restituzione, allegando una fotografia e una spiegazione dei difetti/guasti rilevati entro 7gg.
Nel caso si eccedesse questo termine, L'utente dovrò farsi carico del costo del prodotto.
Una volta ricevuta la comunicazione, l'Utente verrà informato se ha diritto o meno alla restituzione del prodotto. In caso affermativo verrà indicata la modalità di raccolta del prodotto difettoso.
Ricevuto il prodotto e verificati i difetti/guasti descritti dall' Utente, Fantasyforge s.n.c. sarà felice di spedire un nuovo prodotto uguale a quello ordinato, oppure nel caso l'Utente rinunci all'acquisto, restituire la somma pagata (comprese le spese di spedizione).

For shipments we entrust to insured couriers, the cost and duration of delivery may vary depending on the region.
When the parcel is ready you will recive an email with the code to track the shipment.
We are not responsible for any additional charges relating to orders that pass customs.
We are not responsible for lost or lost in case the return parcel is sent to a wrong address.

REFUNDS
We always recommend our customers to check that the gem color options and Svarowski decoration are always correct when filling out the purchase form on the Noltro shop.
Wrong order:
In case the user has ordered an incorrect jewel you can request the change within 7 from delivery by contacting us and explaining why the jewel does not match your order. The cost of returning the order will be borne by the user (e.g. shipping by courier).
The product must not have been used, and be provided with the original packaging and accessories accompanying it. In case the user does not proceed in this way or the product had suffered some damage the user will accept a possible depreciation of the product or that Fantasyforge. does not accept the refund.
Fantasyforge. After verifying that the returned item is in good condition it will return the total amounts paid by the user. (including shipping costs).
If you have paid by credit/debit card, you will be returned the amount paid within 14GG from the time you decide to return the product.
If you have paid with PayPal, you will be returned the amount paid within 24/48h from the time you decide to return the product.
Return by production defect:
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the user can return it to Fantasyforge. Without any cost by contacting us and indicating the product (s) of the refund, attaching a photograph and an explanation of the defects/faults detected Within 7.
If this deadline is exceeded, the user will have to pay the cost of the product.
Once the communication is received, the user will be informed whether or not he or she is entitled to return the product. If so, you will be given the method of collection of the defective product.
